Delivered a 6-part, multi-stakeholder branded digital video series on-time and on-budget despite tight delivery schedule in first season of digital series, Startup & Slay. In second season, I produced four virtual events, shaped digital strategy, developed visual treatment for sponsors (CIBC, Rogers Sports & Media, Shopify), drove content optimization (Facebook, Youtube, etc),functioned as direct success manager and liaison for talent and talent partners.
Willie Productions LLC., 2018 - 2020
Oversaw every stage of production on this award-winning feature length documentary about Willie O'Ree, the first black man to play for the NHL (HotDocs '19). Once distributed, I executed digital marketing campaigns to promote the film’s TVOD arrival on multiple streaming platforms. I optimized analytics to create insightful strategies that enhanced audience engagement, and presented use cases on the impact of our different digital marketing initiatives to clients. The success of these grassroot campaigns resulted in an 80% rise in engagement, a 200% increase in website traffic, and a steady flow of additional collaboration offers from prospective partners.
I strategized, and implemented digital solutions using targeted messaging as well as identified performance indicators which contributed to the subsequent acquisition of this acclaimed feature length documentary by ESPN, TSN, NBC Universal, NHL Network and Crave. During the lead up to the project’s premiere on the streaming platform Peacock, I consulted on and led multiple digital projects to support the film’s promotional efforts.

Collaborated with multiple stakeholders to create "Lights-On Guide", a digital COVID-19 roadmap created with intention of rebuilding Toronto's live entertainment sector. Here, I researched, crafted, and marketed content that was compiled to create a one-stop digital resource for live entertainment stakeholders and professionals. Upon its launch, this crafted resource received international acclaim and support to an impacted industry at the height of the pandemic.
